The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arrested the Chairman of DAAR Communications Plc, Chief Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi for alleged involvement in the arms deal during Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan led administration.
According to SaharaReporters, CBN paid N2.1billion to Chief Raymond of DAAR Communications on the instruction of the Mr. Dasuki. Meanwhile, another reporter-Fidelix, said Raymond was picked up on the ground that some monies were traced to his account in which the Commission needs some clarifications.
It was learnt that the former Governor of Sokoto State, Mr. Attahiru Bafarawa was also arrested on Tuesday in the early hours of the morning.
