Windows 7 Enterprise: There is a time and /or date difference between the client and server.
Solution: Logon to the system as a local administrator then reconfigure time and date (make sure you select the accurate time zone)

Microsoft Outlook 2010 stucks at loading Add-ins:
The above issue may occur if the particular add-in is damaged/corrupt/outdated. The below is a likely resolution to this incidence;
- Start Microsoft Outlook in Safe mode by holding down the CTRL button whilst launching Outlook then click Yes for confirmation
- Click on File menu
- Click Options
- Click on Add-ins
- From Manage: COM Add-ins, Click on Go
- From Add-ins Available, uncheck the conflicting add-in(s)
- Click OK then relaunch Microsoft Outlook

My customer encountered the above error message while trying to open some hyperlinks from her Microsoft Outlook client mailbox and after several investigations, I came accross two tested solutions (Microsoft EasyFix50388 and Manual Fix):
- You can follow this link to download the Microsoft EasyFix file which you will run on your system in order to automatically fix the issue after successful file execution.
- The following steps are required to manually resolve the above error flag:
Internet Explorer 9
- Start Internet Explorer.
- Click the Tools icon, and then click Internet Options.
- Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
- In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings window, select the Delete personal settings check box, and then click Reset.
- Click Close when it is completed.

- Restart Internet Explorer.
- Click the Tools icon, and then click Internet Options.
- Click the Programs tab, and then click Set programs.

- Click Set your default programs.

- In the Programs list, click Microsoft Outlook, and then click Set this program as default.
- Click OK, and then close the Default Programs dialog box.
- In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Programs tab, and then click Make default under Default web browser.

- Click OK.
